Fred Festa is currently the Non Executive Chairman at W. R. Grace & Co. Prior to that, they were with Siding Direct LLC as well as USI Consulting Group where they worked as a Wealth Management Consultant. In this role, they worked with Mid to Large size companies on a Consultative Level mostly on Executive Deferred Compensation Benefits Programs, Mirror 401k Plans, Benchmark Studies, Key Person / Buy Out Funding Arrangements & much more.
