Gary Eckhardt

Gary Eckhardt is an experienced HR Manager currently at W.R. Grace since July 2016, providing HR services to the Catalyst site in Pasadena, TX, and supporting recruitment, compensation, benefits, and development for management. Prior to this role, Gary worked at BASF from October 2010 to July 2016, where responsibilities included HR services for multiple sites in Pasadena, TX. Gary also served as HR Manager at FMC Corporation from May 2003 to January 2010, delivering coaching and support across supply chain and manufacturing operations. Earlier experience includes HR Manager roles at NSK Corporation from August 2001 to February 2003. Gary retired in March 2017 after 40 years in HR and has since returned to Kentucky, enjoying leisure activities. Gary holds a Master's degree in Education and Sociology from Western Kentucky University, attended from 1975 to 1978.
