Rachelle Henson

Rachelle Henson, M.A., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, serves as a Human Resources Manager at W. R. Grace & Co. since September 2017, overseeing HR functions at multiple plant site locations in Texas and Louisiana. Rachelle's responsibilities encompass the implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, organizational capability enhancement, and talent management processes. Previously, Rachelle held HR management positions at Celanese, American Acryl, Henkel, and Kelly Services, where duties included talent acquisition, employee engagement, change management, and the integration of HR strategies during mergers. Rachelle earned a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the same institution.
