Javier Aguilar

Javier Aguilar is an experienced professional in manufacturing and operations management, currently serving as the General Manager at W Silver Recycling, Inc. since October 2022. Previously, Javier held key positions at Engineered Transportation International, including Director of Manufacturing and Director of Continuous Improvement from October 2018 to October 2021. Javier's extensive career at Stoneridge spanned from 2000 to October 2018, where roles included Operations General Engineering Manager, Manager of Corporate Methods & Operations Analysis, COE Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Lean Manufacturing Manager, and various engineering positions. Javier holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Manufacturing Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Juárez, completed in 2001.
