Audra Palonen

Audra Palonen has extensive experience in administrative and payroll functions, currently serving as the Payroll & Benefits Administrator at W. Soule & Co. since July 2015. Audra has held various roles within the same company, including AP Specialist/Payroll Assistant, Payroll Assistant, IT Helpdesk Technician, and Administrative Support. Prior to this, Audra worked as an Administrative Assistant at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. from February 2008 to July 2015, and also gained supervisory experience as a Night Supervisor at Sunoco and as a First Keyholder at Claire's Inc. Audra holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University, where studies were completed from 2012 to 2020.
