Alena Zverava is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data governance and payroll operations, currently serving as a Senior Data Governance Analyst at Grainger since July 2017. Zverava's roles have evolved from Payroll Processing Specialist to HR Data Audit Analyst, emphasizing project management and cross-departmental collaboration to enhance data accuracy for over 20,000 employees.
