Fernanda Noronha

Fernanda Noronha currently serves as the Director of Finance, Process Optimization, Data & Analytics at Grainger since September 2024, where key leadership responsibilities include driving financial process improvements and enhancing financial capabilities. Prior to this role, Fernanda held several leadership positions at ADM from February 2011 to August 2024, including Director of Finance for Financial Planning and Strategy, focusing on R&D finance integration, and Director of Global Tax Provision, overseeing income tax reporting and presentations to executives. Additionally, Fernanda progressed to Corporate Controller and Senior Tax Manager for South America, managing a 25-member team and ensuring compliance with financial regulations in Brazil. Previous experience includes serving as Controller & Tax Manager at Accor and an internship at Roche. Fernanda holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from USP - Universidade São Paulo and an MBA in International Accounting from FIPECAF.
