Lucas Hinz

Lucas Hinz possesses extensive experience in product management and innovation, currently serving as VP & Group Product Manager at Grainger. Previously, Lucas co-founded Gamut and led digital product and user experience initiatives. Additional roles at Grainger included Director of Global Innovation and various product management positions focusing on eCommerce. Lucas began a career at McMaster-Carr, where responsibilities included merchandising and managing order exceptions and shipment processing. Prior technical experience includes an application developer position at RISE SICS. Academically, Lucas holds an MBA in Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a degree from Harvard University.
