Melanie Tinto

Melanie Tinto is an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer with extensive experience across multiple industries, currently serving at Grainger since April 2025. Prior to Grainger, Tinto held the same title at WEX from March 2018 to April 2025. Tinto's career also includes significant roles at Medtronic as VP of Global Talent Acquisition and Chief Learning Officer, where responsibilities encompassed global talent acquisition and learning initiatives. Further experience includes serving as Vice President of Leadership and Organization Development at Hewlett-Packard, overseeing executive leadership development for over 300,000 employees, and leading Global Talent Management at Wal-Mart, focusing on executive development programs. Tinto earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maine.
