Ron Edwards

Ron Edwards is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance. Currently serving as Vice President and Corporate Secretary at Grainger since May 2023, Ron previously held the position of Assistant General Counsel, Corporate Governance & Securities at Nike from April 2021 to May 2023. Prior to that, Ron had a diverse legal career at John Deere from July 2007 to April 2021, where roles included Enterprise Supply Management Counsel and several senior attorney positions across various sectors. Ron began the legal career as a Summer Associate at Benesch Friedlander Coplan & Aronoff in 2005. Ron holds a Juris Doctor degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
