Sam Orelove

Sam Orelove is an experienced professional in the field of people analytics, currently serving as the Director of People Analytics at Grainger since March 2020. Previous roles include Senior Manager and Manager within the same field at Grainger, as well as significant positions at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, where Orelove focused on organizational effectiveness and talent analytics. Orelove's expertise encompasses redesigning performance management programs, conducting employee life-cycle surveys, and developing talent analytics strategies. Early career experience includes leadership and operational oversight at Alpha Epsilon Pi, managing educational consultants and extensive undergraduate chapters.
