Shalaka Tamhane is an accomplished director in digital experience analytics with extensive experience in data-driven decision-making across various industries. Since December 2008, Shalaka has served as the Director of Digital Experience Analytics at Grainger, leading a team that focuses on the collection and analysis of digital data to support multi-billion dollar digital channels in the US and Canada. Prior to Grainger, Shalaka held key roles at Northwest Airlines, contributing to domestic revenue analysis and international planning, and has worked as a marketing consultant for InfoWorks and Kestnbaum Consulting. Shalaka holds an MBA from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a BA in Economics/Math Methods in Social Science from Northwestern University.
