Erica also had experience as a Senior Human Resources & Organizational Development Consultant at Fox Talent Solutions, LLC. Erica gained valuable experience in research and analysis during their seven-year tenure at Human Performance Systems, Inc. as an Associate Research Scientist, focusing on a variety of organizational development projects. Erica started their career as an Executive Search Consultant at Crean and Everett International, where they assisted client organizations in recruiting executive-level talent. Erica's expertise also extends to organizational development and marketing, as they served as an Organizational Development and Marketing Consultant at Organized Change Consultancy. Erica Volpe holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University-San Diego Campus, which they completed from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology with a concentration in I/O Psychology from Otterbein University, where they studied from 2000 to 2003. Additionally, Erica has acquired several certifications throughout their career. Some of these certifications include Code of Conduct Awareness, Business Ethics, and Harassment Prevention for Managers, obtained from W.W.Williams in 2022 and 2021 respectively. Erica also received Hazardous Material Training and Personal Protection Equipment training from Royal Caribbean International Cruises in 2016. Furthermore, Erica completed leadership training programs such as the Ken Blanchard Situational Leadership (SLII) Training from The Ken Blanchard Companies in 2019 and the Accelerated Leadership Performance Series (ALPS I & II) from Royal Caribbean International Cruises in 2016. In 2007, they participated in Leadership and Success Skills training provided by The National Society of Leadership and Success.
