Janna Flick

Janna Flick is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and business management. Currently serving as an HR Generalist at W.W.Williams since February 2022, Janna has previously held HR roles at Atlis Motor Vehicles and CU People, focusing on full-cycle recruiting, payroll, and benefits administration. Janna also has a strong entrepreneurial background as the owner of a tanning salon, where responsibilities included business operations, marketing, and employee relations. Additionally, Janna served as the Human Resources Director at Century A/C Supply, overseeing HR functions for 200 employees across six states, and as a National Recruiter. Janna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing from The University of Montana.
