Faith Wilson

Faith Wilson has a diverse range of work experience in the talent acquisition and recruitment field. Faith started their career at Sphere Technology Ltd as an Account Manager/Recruiter, where they managed territories, developed new business, and conducted full-cycle recruiting. Faith then moved on to FIOS Information Systems, Inc. as a Managing Partner, overseeing business operations and managing the recruitment lifecycle. Faith also worked at Omni Staffing as a Recruitment Manager, where they were responsible for managing recruitment processes. Faith then joined Heritage College & Heritage Institute as a Community Development Specialist, where they built and maintained relationships with key contacts in the community and provided support to students through mentorships and job search strategies. Faith's next role was at Adkore/MegaForce as an Executive Technical Recruiter, where they focused on recruiting technical talent. Faith then joined Expleo Group as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, handling full-cycle recruiting and managing the onboarding process for new hires. Most recently, Faith served as a Recruiting Manager at RocketPower, and they are currently working as the Vice President of Talent at W2T.io.

Faith Wilson holds a Masters degree in Adult and Continuing Education Administration from Kansas State University.
