Serena Metropol Pla

Serena Metropol, PLA, is a Landscape Architect and Design Associate at W&A Engineering since September 2020. With a diverse background in event management and customer service, Serena previously managed teams as an Event Manager and Floral Design Assistant at Weddings By Epic, and held roles in customer service at David's Bridal and various restaurants. Serena began a professional journey in technical skills as an Apprentice Furniture Technician at Fibrenew, complemented by a management role as Outdoor Complex Manager at The University of Georgia. A graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture and a Certificate of Sustainability, Serena gained valuable experience through internships and hands-on work in competitive and fast-paced environments.
