Jill Blumhoff

Jill Blumhoff is currently the CFO at Wabash Center. Prior to their current position, they served as an advisor to the CFO at Inotiv from March 2020 to September 2020. From October 2009 to March 2020, they were the CFO at BASi where they were responsible for the overall management and control of the financial and IT performance of the Company, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.

During their time at BASi, Jill led the integration and implementation of a new general ledger and ERP system, as well as due diligence efforts for three acquisitions in less than 18 months. Jill also successfully integrated these three acquisitions in three different states into the existing company, evaluating current accounting staff and hiring new staff when necessary.

Jill was also responsible for obtaining bank funding for three acquisitions and expansion of Evansville facility, as well as hiring and coaching accounting staff at all sites. In addition, they researched and implemented two new accounting regulations in most recent two years, including audit support.

In their role as CFO, Jill was responsible for communicating financial results to Board of Directors and all Board committees, as well maintaining minutes of all meetings. Jill was also responsible for overall risk management, including annual corporate insurance renewal negotiations. In addition, they managed the company 401(k) plan, participating in quarterly plan updates with external advisor and making recommendations for changes to plan investments when warranted.
