R. Gregory Estell is a trustee at Wabash College. Previously, they were Chapter 2, Inc., Milwaukee Machine Works, Golner Precision Products Inc, and Kupral S.p.a.. R. also has their own company, The Estell Group LLC.
Gregory has always had a passion for problem-solving and finding creative solutions. This led him to a career in government, regulatory, and industry affairs. R. has experience working with the U.S. Executive and Legislative branches on international trade policy, regulatory affairs, and legislative policy management.
In their previous role as Industry Relations Manager for the Precision Metalforming Association, Gregory developed and managed programs to assist manufacturers in the adoption of lean manufacturing practices. R. also created regulatory and safety guidance materials, and trained members on how to comply with new regulations. In addition to their work with the Precision Metalforming Association, Gregory has also served as Treasurer for the organization's Political Action Committee.
R. Gregory Estell received their Bachelors in Economics and Political Science from Wabash College. R. also attended Greenwood Community High School.
