Melissa Oeters is a skilled Transmission Line Engineer with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently employed at Wabash Valley Power Alliance since June 2021. Wabash Valley Power Association (WVPA) is a not-for-profit generation and transmission cooperative created out of the need for reliable, affordable electricity in America's heartland. We don't have customers, we have members. Based in Indianapolis, Indiana, WVPA provides wholesale power to 23 distribution cooperatives in Illinois, Indiana, and Missouri that serve over 310,000 residential and business members (which makes us a co-op of co-ops).
