Aruna Mourya

Aruna Mourya, MPS, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Benefits Analyst at Wabash since January 2023. Prior to this role, Aruna worked as an HR Representative and HR Generalist at Riggs Community Health Center from September 2021 to January 2023 and as a Human Resources Specialist at Arconic from March 2020 to July 2021. Aruna began the professional journey as a Human Resource Intern at The Children's Museum of Indianapolis, where key contributions included conducting a SWOT analysis of the organization’s PTO Plan and providing recommendations to enhance the employee recognition program. Aruna holds a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resource Development and Administration from the University of Indianapolis and a Master's degree in Economics as well as a Bachelor of Education from Banaras Hindu University.
