Brittany Greenfield has a wealth of professional experience. Brittany began their career in 2007 as an Associate in Client Management at OpenAir. Brittany then served as a Consultant for OpenAir, and was later promoted to a Special Assignment role in Sales & Marketing in APAC. In 2010, they became a Marketing Consultant for HubSpot, and in 2012, they were promoted to Senior Manager, Business Development & Marketing for the Retail & Hospitality Practice Group at Kronos. In 2014, they earned their MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and was a Teaching Assistant, Technology Sales and Management. In 2016, they were appointed Director of Business Development at Cybereason, and in 2019, they became a Member of the Board of Trustees at the Mass Technology Leadership Council and an uFirst Fellow at Underscore VC. In 2018, they founded and became CEO of Wabbi.

Brittany Greenfield attended Duke University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a B.A. in Entrepreneurship in Biotechnology. Brittany then attended the MIT Sloan School of Management from 2014 to 2016, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
