Cynthia Green JuBeark, MBA, Lean 6 Sigma Green Belt, ITIL, is currently the Senior Director of Media & Business Technology at WABE. Previously, Cynthia worked at Intelsat as a Principal Business Process Engineer and Service Assurance Management. With a background in broadcasting and a strong technical skill set, Cynthia has excelled in managing operations, implementing process improvements, and ensuring high-quality customer service delivery throughout their career. Cynthia holds an MBA/MPA from Keller Graduate School and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from Georgia Southern University.
