Amos Baptiste

Amos Baptiste is an experienced professional in operations management and material planning, currently serving as a Locomotive Scheduler/Planning Leader at Wabtec Corporation since March 2020. In this role, Amos leads a team focused on material planning and interfaces with IT to enhance data quality. Prior to this position, Amos worked at GE Transportation, where various roles included Operations Manager, Materials Specialist, Production Supervisor, and Capacity Modeling Engineer, contributing to logistics, quality assurance, and production scheduling. Amos has a solid foundation in engineering, holding both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Rochester Institute of Technology in Industrial Engineering and Sustainable Engineering, respectively.
