Assiya Alkenova

Assiya ALKENOVA is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources operations across multiple regions. Currently serving as the Regional HR Operations Leader at Wabtec Corporation since February 2019, Assiya leads a team responsible for HR service delivery in 22 countries. Previous roles include HR Operations Manager for Europe and HR Operations Manager for MENAT and CIS, where responsibilities included managing HR operations for diverse employee groups and ensuring SLA compliance. Notably, Assiya played a key role in integrating payroll and benefits during a merger at Wabtec Corporation.
