Brian Henning

Brian Henning currently serves as Chief of Staff for Business Operations and Program Management at Wabtec Corporation, where responsibilities include overseeing the global portfolio of projects and enhancing organizational effectiveness through streamlined processes and communication. Previously, Brian led Business Operations at GE Transportation as part of the General Electric Corporate Leadership Program, focusing on digital partnerships and operational reviews. Prior military service included roles as Staff Judge Advocate and Trial Attorney in the US Navy, where Brian provided legal counsel and prosecuted cases. Brian holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Michigan State University College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Illinois State University.
