Courtney Giblin

Courtney Giblin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in inventory management, planning, and operations excellence. Since August 2017, Courtney has held multiple leadership roles at Wabtec Corporation, including SIOP / PSI Leader and Global Planning & Scheduling Lean Leader. Prior to this, Courtney spent five years at GE Transportation, where roles included Materials Planner and Lead Scheduler, as well as participation in the Operations Management Leadership Program. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Penn State University, expected to complete in May 2026.
