Dee Marable

Dee Marable is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Senior HR Partner for the Digital Software business at Wabtec Corporation, overseeing a global client group of over 845 full-time employees and 150 contingent workers since June 2019. Prior to this role, Dee was a Global HR Integration Specialist, leading integration projects for 27,000 employees to unify legacy organizations. Previous experience includes participation in the HR Leadership Program at GE Transportation and serving as the Associate Director of Compliance at West Virginia University, where responsibilities included ensuring NCAA compliance and managing significant data transitions. Dee holds a Master of Science in Industrial Relations and a Master of Science in Sport Management from West Virginia University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Fitness Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
