Dhruv Ruia

Dhruv Ruia has a diverse work experience in the mechanical engineering field. Dhruv is currently working at Wabtec Corporation as an Advanced Lead Engineer- Mechanical Component. Prior to this, they held the position of Lead Engineer- Mechanical at the same company. Before joining Wabtec Corporation, Dhruv worked at Tata Hitachi Construction Machinery Company Private Limited as a Senior Manager- New Product Development, where they successfully led a NPI project and was responsible for key design, cost, and timeline deliverables. Dhruv also gained experience as a Process Engineer at Sansera Aerospace Pvt. Ltd. and as an Intern at the Laboratory of Mechanical and Rheology, Ufrt. Overall, Dhruv brings a wide range of skills and expertise to their work in the mechanical engineering industry.

Dhruv Ruia has a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in CAD/CAM from Vellore Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Dhruv also holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Université de Tours during the same time period. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2014, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from New Horizon College of Engineering. In 2020, Dhruv obtained a certification in Learning Siemens NX from LinkedIn.
