Doug Hanson

Doug Hanson is a Global Business Executive with extensive experience in the natural resource, mining, and oil and gas industries. As President of Hanson Wash Tech Corp since October 2021, Doug has also served as Global General Manager for Digital Mine at GE Mining and VP & GM of Wabtec Digital Mine. Prior roles include leadership positions at IBM Canada Ltd., where Doug focused on aligning services with mining industry needs, and Hewlett Packard, where Doug directed a multinational team in energy industries. Doug's career is characterized by building high-performing teams and applying advanced technologies to optimize operations, asset management, and innovation in service delivery. Doug holds a BCOMM degree from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary.
