Doug Vogl

Doug Vogl currently serves as Vice President of Digital Intelligence at Wabtec Corporation since September 2023. Prior to this role, Vogl was Vice President Chief Technology Officer at The Kansas City Southern Railway Company from September 2020 to May 2023, where leadership was provided in transforming IT operations across the U.S. and Mexico, managing a team of 340 across various IT functions. Vogl also held multiple vice president positions at The Kansas City Southern Railway Company from September 2010 to September 2020, including overseeing the Positive Train Control Program and leading the Corporate Audit and Enterprise Risk Management departments. Vogl’s career began at PwC as Director of Advisory Risk Services and earlier included a role as Senior Strategic Systems Analyst at FedEx. Vogl holds an Executive MBA and an MBA with an entrepreneurial emphasis from Benedictine College, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Christian Brothers University.
