Babatunde Oso

Babatunde Oso has extensive work experience in the transportation industry, holding various leadership roles in notable companies. Babatunde began their career at GE in 2002, where they participated in the Financial Management Program and worked in roles such as Audit Manager and Manager of Corporate Business Development. In 2012, they became the Managing Director of Business Development at GE Africa, responsible for driving growth and market entry strategies in Sub-Saharan Africa. In 2017, Oso joined GE Transportation as the Executive Commercial Director for Africa and later served as the President and CEO for Africa. In 2019, they joined Wabtec Corporation as the Senior Vice President for Africa and is currently the Corporate Vice President of Commercial Excellence, overseeing global commercial operations and talent across the company's freight portfolio. Throughout their career, Oso has demonstrated expertise in sales, commercial operations, leadership, and strategy.

Babatunde Oso completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Morris Brown College between 1998 and 2002.
