Flavio Golebiovski

Flavio Golebiovski currently serves as the Director of Operations, Transformation at Wabtec Corporation, a position held since May 2025. Previously, Flavio held the role of Vice President of Operations at RR Donnelley from 2022 to 2025, leading operational strategy for a global marketing and packaging provider. Flavio's prior experience includes significant leadership positions such as Operations & Sales Director at Supervixx │ STPlas, where oversight extended to operations and strategic planning for telecom packaging services in Brazil. Flavio also served as Vice President/General Manager and subsequently Vice President of Operations at Valid, managing multiple industrial plants across the USA, with a strong focus on enhancing operational productivity and financial performance. Earlier career roles included positions in production and logistics management. Flavio holds an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
