Josh Aylsworth

Josh Aylsworth is a proven leader in quality management with extensive experience across project management, manufacturing quality, and engineering management. They have directed remanufacturing quality for Wabtec Corporation, overseeing quality across up to 13 North American sites, and have successfully managed the integration of multiple businesses during mergers. Prior to this role, they held various positions at GE Lighting and GE Transportation, where they drove operational improvements and mentored teams. Josh earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State Erie, a Master's in Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Penn State University. They are also Six Sigma Greenbelt certified and hold a patent for innovative design work.
