Peter Janus

Peter Janus is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering leadership across various companies. Currently serving as the Operations Manager at Wabtec Corporation since January 2022, Peter has previously held pivotal roles at Amerequip Corporation, CDM Tool and Manufacturing, and The Manitowoc Company, where responsibilities included overseeing large teams, managing budgets, and driving process improvements in manufacturing operations. Notable achievements include leadership positions managing manufacturing facilities for lattice crawler cranes and the implementation of Lean manufacturing principles at Kohler Co., where significant cost reductions and capacity improvements were realized.
