Michael MacAluso

Michael Macaluso has a diverse work experience in the operations and engineering fields. From 2012 to the present, they have been working at WAC Lighting, initially as the Business Development Manager - Engineering, where they created systems to support Specification Sales and developed technical support personnel. Michael then became the Director of Operations, responsible for operations in facilities in NY, LA, and GA. In this role, they managed manufacturing and assembly, planning and quality control, warehouse and shipping, inventory control, and order processing. In December 2019, they were promoted to Vice President of Operations at the same company. Prior to WAC Lighting, they worked at Cooper Lighting as an Engineering Manager from 2007 to 2012, where they managed a team of Design Engineering personnel specializing in architectural lighting projects. Before that, they were a CAD/CAM - Tooling Manager at Photocircuits Corporation from 1986 to 2007. Additionally, they served as the CAD/CAM Manager at Photocircuits Philippines Inc. from 2004 to 2007.
