Maria Hinchcliff

VP of Raw Material Quality, Development and Sourcing at Wacoal America

Maria Hinchcliff has over 25 years of work experience in various roles within the textile and fashion industry. Maria started their career at POLO RALPH LAUREN, Inc. in 1992 as a Manufacturing Services Textile Testing Manager. Maria then moved to REGATTA USA, LLC (Pacific Alliance) in 1996, where they served as the Vice President of Global Quality Assurance until 2001.

In 2002, Maria joined Maidenform as the Director of Raw Materials Development and R&D, where they worked until 2010. During this time, they played a crucial role in developing and researching raw materials for the company's products.

Since 2010, Maria has been with Wacoal America, initially serving as the VP of Purchasing and Raw Material Services. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of VP of Raw Material Quality, Development, and Sourcing. Maria'sresponsibilities in both roles included ensuring the quality and sourcing of raw materials needed for production.
