Erika Nesvig

Erika Nesvig currently serves as the Director of Educational Services at Waconia Public Schools, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Erika was the Elementary Principal at McMinnville School District from July 2021 to July 2023. Erika’s extensive experience in educational leadership includes multiple positions as a Middle School Principal and Elementary Principal within the Burnsville-Eagan-Savage School District 191 from July 2013 to November 2021. Erika holds a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and also completed a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from Concordia College.
