Shelly Franz

Shelly Franz is a seasoned management consultant and executive coach with over 28 years of experience. Currently serving as the Resource Manager at Waddell Group since January 2010, Shelly enhances operational excellence and supports consultants and clients by managing back office activities and social events. As an Executive Coach, Shelly specializes in guiding nonprofit Executive Directors to improve effectiveness, prioritize work, and navigate leadership challenges. Previous experience includes consulting for Project Leadership Services from January 2004 to May 2016 and managing a non-traditional job training program at WomenVenture from 1993 to 2002, where public policy activities were also developed and implemented. Shelly holds a Masters of Public Affairs in Public Policy from the University of Minnesota and a BA in English from St. Olaf College.
