Brent K. Bloss

Brent K. Bloss is the current president at Waddell & Reed. Prior to this position, they were with Waddell & Reed as well as KPMG. At KPMG, they served as senior manager of audit from January 1995 to December 2001. Brent has a long and successful history in the financial industry, and their experience has been instrumental in their current role as president of Waddell & Reed.

Brent K. Bloss graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri State University. Brent then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. In addition, Brent K. Bloss holds a Certified Public Accountant certification and a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 27 Financial and Operations Principal license.

They are on a team with Shawn M. Mihal - Senior Vice President – Wealth Management, Christopher W. Rackers - Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, and Daniel P. Hanson - Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer. Brent K. Bloss reports to Philip J. Sanders, CEO.
