Jim Roberts

Jim Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jim started their career at Harold W. Wells & Son, Inc. in 1986, where they worked as a Sales Manager/Producer until 2005. In 2005, they joined Wade Associates and took on multiple roles, including President and Chief Operating Officer. Jim was responsible for leading the Innovation Risk Division, which focused on emerging companies in sectors such as technology, life sciences, manufacturing, and social services. Jim's expertise also includes creating the Ideal Client Transformation Process. Jim served as President of Wade Associates until 2020.

Jim Roberts attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington from 1981 to 1985 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications during this period. In 1996, they enrolled in the Insurance Executive Program at Appalachian State University. Additionally, in 2013, they completed a similar program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
