John Turk is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in media and public relations. Currently serving as a Senior Communications Specialist at Wade Trim since March 2017, John has successfully managed and enhanced the firm’s social media presence, achieving over 60 percent audience growth in three years. Prior to this role, John worked as a Multimedia Journalist at Digital First Media, covering crime, emergency, and court beats for The Oakland Press. Additional experience includes writing and media relations at Oakland University, production roles at Journal Register Company and The Oakland Press, and internships at WJBK FOX 2 News and Michigan Business Review. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Professional Writing from Eastern Michigan University.
