Julie Sverid

Julie Sverid is an accomplished Training Specialist currently developing a centralized Learning & Development role at Wade Trim, having joined in March 2018. With extensive experience in HR and training across various organizations, Julie has partnered on numerous projects that include instructional design, strategic planning, and employee development. Past roles include Human Resource/Training Consultant at Custom People Systems, where collaboration on diverse projects has been pivotal, and positions such as HR Director and Employee Relations Training Specialist at Cleary University. Julie's background also features significant contributions to Planned Parenthood Mid and South Michigan Company, People's Food Cooperative, and Silver Maples of Chelsea, among others. Julie holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development/Human Resources from Eastern Michigan University, as well as degrees in Business Administration and Marketing from Delta College and Western Michigan University, respectively.
