Shipra Thappa

Shipra Thappa is an experienced professional in training and education, currently serving as a Training Faculty at Wadhwani Foundation since June 2022. Prior to this role, Shipra worked at IL&FS Education and Technology Services Limited from February 2012 to May 2022 as a Learning and Development Specialist, focusing on training unemployed youth in soft skills, communication skills, and personality development. Shipra also served as a Counselor at Indira Gandhi National Open University for undergraduate and postgraduate English courses from April 2011 to September 2014.
