Sam Barker is an accomplished talent acquisition and human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic talent solutions and organizational development. Sam held key leadership roles at Fortescue, driving transformation in talent acquisition processes to support the decarbonisation of the mining industry, and at BBC Studios, leading global talent transformation initiatives. Prior to these positions, Sam was VP of Talent at Colt Technology Services and held multiple senior roles at Dyson, including Global Talent Director, where responsibilities encompassed executive talent acquisition and international HR oversight. Sam's early career included HR management roles at Danone and consulting at Lorien, showcasing a strong foundation in developing talent management programs and organizational strategies.
