Meriem Ben Khayat

Meriem Ben Khayat, ASC, Adm.A, currently serves as a board member for various organizations, including GRAME and multiple subsidiaries of Wafa Assurance, where roles encompass positions on audit and governance committees. As the founder and principal consultant of Action et Gouvernance MB, Meriem has a significant consulting background alongside extensive experience in executive finance and strategy, notably at Wafa Assurance from 2008 to 2022. Educational qualifications include a certification in corporate governance from the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés and a Master's in Control Management.
