Jeff Payne

Jeff Payne is currently the Vice President - Relationship Manager at WaFd Bank, where Jeff is responsible for generating CRE Loan Production in the Greater Houston area. Prior to their current role, Jeff held positions at PlainsCapital Bank, Hunt Real Estate Capital, and Southwest Securities, where Jeff focused on commercial real estate lending and loan origination. With a background in finance from Texas A&M University, Jeff has a wealth of experience in managing commercial real estate loan portfolios, asset management, and loan workouts.
