Nathaniel Islip

Nathaniel Islip is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Sr. Enterprise Research Analyst at WaFd Bank since July 2025. Prior to this role, Nathaniel worked at Enact Mortgage Insurance as a Risk Modeling Analyst and previously held a position as a Risk Modeling - Machine Learning Intern. Nathaniel has also contributed as a Seasonal Soccer Coach for North Carolina FC Youth and gained experience as a Graduate Service Assistant and Research Assistant at Eastern Washington University, focusing on health economics. Additional experience includes a Graduate Budget Intern position with the City of Kirkland and various roles within Seattle Sounders FC, particularly in youth programs.
