Paul Martin

Paul Martin currently serves as the Director of Business Banking & SBA Sales at WaFd Bank since October 2023, having previously held the position of Commercial Banking Division Manager. Prior to this, Paul worked as the Commercial Banking Manager at Bank of Idaho, where responsibilities included building and leading commercial banking teams in Spokane and North Idaho. Paul spent over a decade at Umpqua Bank in various roles, including SVP, Business Banking Team Lead, where leadership focused on the growth of client portfolios and credit quality. Previous experience also includes positions at US Bank and PNC Bank, where Paul honed skills in branch management, business lending, and financial services. Paul began the career in banking at US Bank and has a solid foundation in operations and compliance from early management experience in the restaurant industry. Paul earned a degree from Northwest University between 2005 and 2008.
