Ko-Chen Cheng

Ko-Chen Cheng is a seasoned professional in industrial engineering with extensive experience in production supervision. Currently serving as a Supervising Production Engineer at WaferTech since June 2022, Ko-Chen previously held the position of Senior Production Supervisor at TSMC from October 2013 to November 2022. Early career experience includes a role as an intern at Altek Corporation in July 2010. Ko-Chen Cheng holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from National Tsing Hua University, obtained between 2010 and 2012, as well as a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution, completed in 2010.
