Alexander Maner

Alexander Maner is a finance and real estate professional currently working with Waffle House, Inc. since July 2024. With a strong background in volunteering, Alexander has contributed to Atlanta Youth Academy since 2010 and Madison House in Charlottesville from August 2021 to May 2024. Previous internship experience includes roles at Newmark and Artemis Real Estate Partners in 2023, with the latter being a private equity real estate firm based in D.C. Additional work experience encompasses serving at Taco Mac Restaurant Group, warehouse and point of sale duties at Empire Distributors, and an internship at Biomass One LP, along with groundskeeping at Legendary Golf and camp counseling at YMCA Camp High Harbour Services. Alexander holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Virginia, where studies were pursued from 2020 to 2024, following a high school diploma from The Lovett School.
